  1. Penny is such an unnecessary cook like my sister.
    Smoke the butter!
    Natural eggs!
    Vanilla Bean!
    Melting chocolate!
Smoked Salt! Lorenzo is the best because he is so fun and passionate about his food and the amateur is also fun but Penny's face the whole time: 😐 I'm penny and I'm a pretentious bragger

  2. Cookies that take 1-2 days to make and you want to enjoy them with bourbon? Some chefs are so arrogant and extra. Try enjoying something simple like, I don't know, milk? 😂 Lorenzo is the winner here.

  3. Lorenzo is so excited because it seems like he enjoys it for fun, while Penny has more of a "Another day at the office" vibe. Meanwhile pulling out smoker and $10 vanilla beans like, "Yup, whatevs".

  4. Hey there! I'm conducting a survey for my sociology class. I’m interested in comparing college students’ cooking habits with their interest in watching recipe tutorials online. (ESPECIALLY if you live in Chicago or Lexington KY) If you're a college student and you're interested in these videos, I would really appreciate your participation in my survey! All answers are anonymous and the survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. It would really help me pass my class. :–) Thank you! https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Q7DNMFH

  5. The fact that the most beloved comments are those which bash Penny, her: humility, years of study, constant sacrifice, talent, dogged tenacity, commitment to excellence, and instead call it narcissism and snobbery – is a sad commentary on our society's great love of mediocrity. We can't accept that people are valuable at every level of their development. No, that is not enough for us. We promote the lie, that everyone is at the same level, that a hierarchy of merit doesn't exist – and crucify those who do the work to develop elite skills, and themselves internally. The same phenomenon occurred in the other video of this type. The tall poppy had his lopped off too… =(
